Why Am I Billed For This Month/ Year?

-All subscriptions bought outside India will be recurring in nature, and our users pre-authorize this at the time of subscribing to our service.

-All Indian plans bought through iTunes will also be recurring.
-For Indian subscriptions bought through payment modes other than iTunes, the user will have to buy the subscription at the end of their billing cycle, be it monthly or yearly.

If you have been charged for the membership, it only indicates that you missed cancelling the subscription before the expiration date or did not follow the correct steps to do so.

-ਭਾਰਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਲਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਬਸਕ੍ਰਿਪਸ਼ਨ (recurring) ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ ਭਾਵ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸੁਬਸਕ੍ਰਿਪਸ਼ਨ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣਤੇ ਔਟੋਮੈਟਿਕੈਲੀ ਫ਼ਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਸਬਸਕ੍ਰਾਈਬ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਅਤੇ ਉਪਭੋਗਤਾ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਬਸਕ੍ਰਿਪਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਣ ਵੇਲੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਵ-ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ (pre-authorize) ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

-iTunes ਰਾਹੀਂ ਲਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਬਸਕ੍ਰਿਪਸ਼ਨ ਆਵਰਤੀ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ ਭਾਵ (recurring) ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।
-iTunes ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਲਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਬਸਕ੍ਰਿਪਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ, ਉਪਭੋਗਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਿਲਿੰਗ ਸਾਇਕਲ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਾਹਕੀ ਖਰੀਦਣੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਇਹ ਮਹੀਨਾਵਾਰ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ।

ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਂਬਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਲਈ ਚਾਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ ਇਹ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਿਲਿੰਗ ਸਾਇਕਲ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਬਸਕ੍ਰਿਪਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ।


मुझे इस महीने/वर्ष के लिए बिल क्यों भेजा गया है?


-भारत के बाहर ली  गए सभी सब्सक्रिप्शन प्रकृति में रेकरिंग (recurring) और ऑटो डिडक्ट होंगे, और हमारे उपयोगकर्ता हमारी सेवा की सदस्यता/सब्सक्रिप्शन  लेते समय इसे पूर्व-अधिकृत (pre-authorize) करते हैं।

-आईट्यून्स ( iTunes) के अलावा अन्य भुगतान मोड के माध्यम से ली  गए सब्सक्रिप्शन के लिए, उपयोगकर्ता को अपने बिलिंग चक्र के अंत में सदस्यता/सब्सक्रिप्शन खरीदनी होगी, चाहे वह मासिक या वार्षिक हो।

यदि आपसे सदस्यता के लिए पैसे लिए गए  है, तो यह केवल यह दर्शाता है कि आप समाप्ति तिथि से पहले योजना को रद्द करने से चूक गए या ऐसा करने के लिए सही प्रक्रिया का पालन नहीं किया।
