Update the app / OS version on the phone
Our latest Android App version is 1.2.34 or higher. To check for a Chaupal update, open the Google Play Store > tap Menu (three lines) > My apps & games > find Chaupal and click on Update.
To check for a system update
open your device’s Settings app. Near the bottom, click on System > Advanced (or About phone) > System Update.
To Clear the Cache & Data
On certain Android models, you can clear Chaupal's cache and data. From the home screen, go to Settings > Apps > Chaupal > Storage > select Clear Cache and Clear Data.
Android TV
Update the app / OS version on the Android TV
To check for a Chaupal update, on the Home screen menu, go to Apps > select Google Play Store > My Apps > check for any Chaupal updates.
To check for a software update
scroll down on the Home screen to Settings > Help > System Software Update > Check for a system software update > select Upgrade Now.
To Clear the Cache & Data
To clear Chaupal's cache and data, head to Settings > Applications > Chaupal > select Clear Cache and Clear Data.
Fire TV
Update the app / OS version on the Fire TV
If you don’t have automatic updates enabled for the App Store, you can manually check for Chaupal updates by going to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Chaupal.
To check for system updates
Go to Settings on the Fire TV home menu and select Device > About > Software Version > Check for System Update.
To Clear the Cache & Data
Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Chaupal. Then, select both Clear Cache and Clear Data.
