You have the option to check the video performance on the app. You can also check how is the network is performing while playing any video on Chaupal App or website. Please read below and activate the stats on the video player basis your device.
Web - While playing content on the website, click 5 times near the volume icon or under the seek bar, wait about 30 seconds for the stats to load, and then check your network health.
Android Phone - While playing content on the phone App, open Settings, click on the text ‘Settings’ 5 times, you’ll find an option ‘Stats for nerds’. Click on it and wait for about 30 seconds for the stats to load, and then check your network health.
iOS Phone- Go to the App version found in the Settings section of the App and click on it 5 times. Now, while playing any content, go to player Settings, and select ‘Stats for nerds’. Click on it and wait for about 30 seconds for the stats to load, and then check your network health.
Fire TV/Android TV - While playing content, click on Settings and open video performance. Click on it and wait for about 30 seconds for the stats to load, and then check your network health.
Samsung TV/ LG TV- While playing content, click on Settings and open video performance. Click on it and wait for about 30 seconds for the stats to load, and then check your network health.
Apple TV - While playing content, click on the centre pad 4 times to enable stats for nerds and check details.
